1985 (#11) - The farewell between Tyrone and Alana, Nathan's work, the story with Amy

The most beautiful day of Alana's life, her wedding day, turned into the worst day of her life in a few hours. Alana learns from a discouraged Robert that her father has been killed, then tells her the whole truth about both her father's true business and her true identity. Alana is completely shocked and incredulous at the words of the man who now says his name is Tyrone and not Robert, and cannot believe anything she is told. In the end, however, Alana has to surrender to the evidence of the facts; and mad with grief and shaken by the deception of what her husband has become, Alana becomes furious and takes vent with him, going so far as to shoot him in the arm. Taken to the hospital, Alana immediately rushes to him, apologizing to him and showing herself willing to accept the whole situation, having realized that she is still in love with him; Tyrone, however, while admitting that a part of him will love Alana forever, confesses to the woman he believes, for his sake, to get out of his life forever. In the meantime, the trial of Joseph's gang begins, where among the witnesses also Nathan appears, who, unlike the other members of the gang, is not accused since he enjoys the immunity reserved for collaborators of justice. At the end of the trial, the entire gang is dismembered, arrested and sentenced, to the delight of Andy, Jazz and Tyrone. Nathan, eager for redemption and to finally work with justice to atone for his many sins committed during the years he participated in Joseph's gang, asks Paul to join his detective agency. Despite Jazz's initial resistance and Paul's own doubts, in the end Nathan shows that he deserves the man's trust and, convinced that Nathan has really changed and wants to redeem himself, welcomes him with open arms. After Alana's departure, Tyrone visits Amy, hoping for a reconciliation between them, but she shows little interest in Tyrone, having started a relationship with Nathan. Amy, in fact, was very impressed by the story of the man, who has always lived in the bad company that has repressed his good and kind soul; realizing that the man is also illiterate, Amy promises him to teach him to read and write, soon falling in love with him. The relationship, however, does not last long, as Amy soon decides to leave town to follow and take care of her father Frank, who is about to retire and intends to leave for Florida.
