1978 (#16) - Casey's past, Brock's comfort and Snapper's support

Thanks to Brock's help offered to Nikki while working at The Allegro, Brock also knows Nikki's sister, Casey. As Nikki also told him, Brock senses that Casey is suffering from relationship problems probably related to her past and he offers help to her. The woman, however, refuses by informing the man she is seeing Snapper. In fact, the couple is starting to date, and slowly both are falling in love. However, as soon as Snapper tries to approach the woman, she starts suffering from continuous flashbacks that upset and scare her. At first Casey can't understand where they're coming from, but soon the memories become clearer. Desperate, Casey confesses to Brock and Snapper that she has brought to light the violence she suffered as a young girl, violence that had been removed from her mind; despite her efforts to remember, however, the woman is unable to associate a face with her rapist. Casey, however, admits all her difficulties in approaching men, difficulties that she hopes will be overcome now that she has managed to understand the root of the problem. Snapper thus offers his full support to the girl, surprisingly declaring his love for her. Between the two, an unexpected love breaks out that overwhelms their emotions and feelings.
