1992 (#20) - Victor's opposition and Ryan and Victoria's secret marriage

More and more convinced to take Ryan back, Victoria knows that it won't be easy to beat Nina's competition and that, to do so, she will be forced to give herself to Ryan. Ryan, in the meantime, is more and more attracted to Nina, who even starts thinking about a possible wedding date; however, the boy feels that the woman is not the right one for him, since the feelings he has for Victoria have not yet faded away. It is precisely in a moment of Ryan's thoughts and doubts that Victoria calls him to inform him that she is ready to make love to him. Ryan runs to the girl and the two spend a whole day together, admitting their feelings for each other and confessing that they love each other. However, at the end of the evening, Victoria freezes, revealing that she is not yet ready to take such a step. Victoria, amidst tears, then informs that she saw Ryan making love to Nina and that she wanted to try to give herself to him; she would love to, but is unable to do so. Ryan, completely shocked by Victoria's words, then confesses that he has decided who to be with, and it is her. Ryan, who apologizes for making the girl suffer, intends to prove his feelings for her and promises Victoria that he will wait for her. The girl thus begins to plan her wedding with Ryan, despite being aware that her father Victor will never be able to accept this marriage. Victor himself, meanwhile, tries to favor young Brandon Collins as a possible mate for his daughter, informing her that he has already arranged for both of them to attend college in Chicago. Taking advantage of the fact that Victor is planning to give two tickets to the two boys to visit their next college town, hoping that they will start dating and maybe fall in love, Victoria manages to leave with Ryan instead of Brandon and, forging her documents, she marries the man. Nina, who has no idea that Ryan is back with Victoria, already begins to fantasize about her future with the man and gets a major point in her favor when Jill admits that Ryan might be the right man for her. Nina, however, is shocked to learn, from Ryan's own words, that he has married Victoria and loves her like he has never loved any other woman. Nina, without even the strength to counter or react, runs away and Ryan refrains from the instinct to pursue her, returning instead to a very happy Victoria with whom he declares his undying love. Of course, despite the marriage, the two are forced to live separately since Victor must never know anything about their marriage.
