1991 (#15) - Victoria's return, Victor's joy and tensions with Ashley

After a year spent studying in Switzerland, Victoria returns to the city and is welcomed with great celebration by Victor, who is proud of his daughter's achievements. Father and daughter, as always, are inseparable and spend an entire evening eating and chatting, telling each other all the updates of their respective lives. Victoria is disappointed that Victor did not return with Nikki to reunite their family and instead chose Ashley as his life partner, but Victor asks Victoria herself to accept his marriage and respect the woman he loves. Victoria, although disappointed by her father's decision, promises that she will do it and to prove it she accepts the man's invitation to move in with them; an invitation actually dictated by the desire not to let her daughter know about Nikki's problems with alcohol. Victoria, meanwhile, begins to devise a plan to separate Ashley and Victor, convinced that their estrangement will lead Victor back into his mother's arms. Determined to take advantage of any opportunity to set Victor and Ashley against each other, Victoria immediately enters into conflict with the woman, accusing her of not loving Victor and insinuating that she believes Ashley has feelings for Brad. In fact, there is a strong friendship between Ashley and Brad, a relationship that does not please Victor at all. Ashley, however, defends herself by citing their friendship as being purely professional, as Brad is the new owner of Ra-Tech.
