Having obtained the photos, Katherine is happy to finally help John get rid of Jill and immediately contacts him informing him that his plan is still viable, having found the incriminating photos. Katherine, who is already enjoying the taste of victory over her sworn enemy Jill, decides to give the photos to John, who is thrilled to have the trump card in his hand to kick Jill out of Villa Abbott without having to pay anything. John immediately warns Jill that he is in possession of the photos, advising her to eliminate any claim for compensation for the divorce, being he, if anything, in a position to do so; and as proof of this, he sends some of the photos in his possession to Jill herself. Michael is completely shocked to see the photographs and angrily asks Jill how much he would have told her about them, remembering that he has repeatedly asked her if there was anything more to know. Michael then accuses Jill of making fun of him and decides to immediately stop seeing the woman, despite the fact that she apologizes for lying to him and then coldly informs her that she would accept any request from John, being unable to ask anything more than a modest sum for alimony. Jill, however, is not a woman to lose heart and, willing to do anything, decides to act accordingly. So Jill meets John and informs him that if he used the photos in the divorce hearing to achieve his aims, she would tell everyone the identity of her lover. John initially seems indifferent and not interested in the man's identity, but is completely shocked when Jill reveals to him that the man she spent the night with is none other than her son Jack. John, however, incredulously, cannot believe Jill's thesis and, convinced that Jill is acting under the influence of desperation to convince him not to show the photos during the divorce hearing, chases her away without giving her a chance to argue her case.
