1986 (#10) - Ashley and Victor's feelings and the attraction between Jack and Nikki

Several months had passed since the day Victor had found and saved Ashley after her disappearance, but since then the man could not get the woman out of his head. Suddenly and all of a sudden, Victor realizes that he loves Ashley and has lost his head over that woman of strong will and strong character; Victor admires the leadership skills shown by the woman, who he now discovers has a sweet, feminine and more vulnerable character. Victor loves the personality and beauty of Nikki, a woman he loves and will always love; however, he feels like a spell that overwhelms him and Ashley, who after all can't stay away from each other. Victor feels a great desire to protect that young woman, and at the same time Ashley feels the need for someone strong who can take care of her, in the belief that that someone can only be Victor. Nikki soon realizes that Victor no longer feels the feelings and passion for her that he had some time before and soon resigns himself at the end of his marriage finding comfort and relief in Jack, who in the same way, but for different reasons, is going through a period of great turbulence and difficulty linked to his difficult relationship with his father. Nikki and Jack, whose attraction seems unstoppable, begin to frequent each other assiduously without taking too much care to be seen in public; it is now clear that the marriage between Victor and Nikki is coming to an end.
