As soon as she gets hired at The Allegro, Nikki meets Brock. The girl is completely different from what the man expected, since Nikki seems to be more comfortable as a stripper than a waitress. However, it's Snapper who begs Brock to give Nikki a chance and not to fire her, so he explains Casey's worries to Brock, who promises Snapper that he will give Nikki a chance. Brock soon becomes attached to the young girl, who, while being completely immature and far from his lifestyle, is committed to the job and attempting to improve herself. And also at the suggestion of Brock, who in his youth has also walked the path of transgressions in which Nikki finds herself, the woman understands that her first step towards her new life is to get rid of Paul Williams, a very bad guy with whom Nikki has been dating for years. From the fight that emerges, Paul becomes furious with Nikki, who is defended by Brock's intervention, who manages to chase away the man. Nikki thanks Brock and soon tries to hit on him, but the guy kindly declines her offer. Nikki, then, throws herself into the arms of the aspiring doctor Scott Adams, an acquaintance of Snapper and Casey, who approves Nikki's choice and are enthusiastic that she is dating a doctor, sure that it can have a positive influence on her. Brock is also happy that Scott seems to be able to bring stability to Nikki's life, who actually seems to want to change her life and even enroll in college. Nikki, however, soon betrays herself and is left behind because of her continuous cheating. Nikki regrets her behaviour, but actually she regrets more for disappointing Brock than for losing Adams, he cheers her up, sure that one day she will find the right person for her to sweeten her wild spirit.
